

Tawnya M. Yetter
Tawnya M. Yetter went into private practice after public service as an Assistant Attorney General for the District of Columbia. Ms. Yetter practices primarily in the areas of domestic relations and bankruptcy, but also is a litigator in other criminal and civil areas, including landlord tenant disputes. During law school, Ms. Yetter clerked for the Department of Justice in Wilmington, Delaware. Along with years of courtroom experience, Ms. Yetter coordinated a successful mediation program for 8+ years.
Ms. Yetter is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Ms. Yetter is a 2004 graduate of Widener Law School. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995 with dual B.S. in Political Science and Sociology and received a M.S. in Criminology from West Chester University in 1998. Ms .Yetter is an adjunct professor at Catholic University.
